Majority of the parts we offer are dropshipped from our distributors, unless otherwise specified that we have the item available in our shop. Most parts are standard ground shipping via UPS or FedEx. General Merchandise will be shipped separate via USPS. In most cases, shipping rates are accurate, however some items may require freight shipping, or shipping charges may be more expensive than quoted. For the most accurate rate, please contact us. If an order cannot be fulfilled with the quoted shipping rate upon checkout, we will contact you with the accurate shipping rate. Buyers are responsible for covering any shipping cost differences. We reserve the right to cancel any orders in which the customer does not want to cover shipping cost differences. We are not liable for any shipping delays. If you'd like to expedite shipping, please contact us PRIOR to placing an order on our site. We will do our best to give you an accurate shipping quote, in addition to offering you special pricing for your parts order.
Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in brand new condition and in unopened/original packaging. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for for Gift Cards, Special Order Items, Original Shipping Costs, or any Services Performed. Special Order Items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us BEFORE your item has been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you have received this email, you will not be able to cancel your order, you will need to process a return. In rare cases, if our distributor has shipped your order, but you have not received a shipping confirmation email, we will not be able to cancel your order. You will need to process it as a return. Special Pricing Orders and Special Order Items cannot be cancelled. Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee.
How to return your order
Please send us an email that includes your Order #, along with your full name and reason for return.
We will reply to your email with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our shop until we reply to your email. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please consider usig a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning items. If your return item is lost in transit, we cannot be held liable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of an update regarding the status of your refund approval.
If your return is approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method, minus 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
Damaged Item or Wrong Parts Received
If your order was received damaged or the wrong part was shipped, please contact us IMMEDIATELY by sending us an email with your Order #, Photos of the Damaged or Wrong Part (including outside shipping package for damages), and a brief description of the issue. We will contact the distributor to resolve this issue, and you will most likely receive a replacement or refund. We will reply to your email with instructions of how to proceed.
